Why I built it
The events used for continuity also describe hospital operations. Prism explores how much useful reporting can be built directly from that shared stream.

What works today
Eight module families and intra-organization federation run on the demo mesh. A demonstration consumed a secret-shared realm end to end.
Current boundaries
Version 0.2 on synthetic data. Privacy-budget accounting is designed but unbuilt, so aggregate sharing should not be presented as a complete differential-privacy system.
